Retreat Registration — $159

Your $159 registration includes the full 3-day creative retreat, Friday through Sunday.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat. Your registration is not confirmed until your deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due September 22, 2026. Payments accepted: PayPal, credit card, cash and Zelle.

What's Included

• Your own 6-foot table with access to electricity. Tables may not be shared.

• Creative room access beginning Friday, October 23 through Sunday, October 25.

• Retreat room opens at 7:00 AM and closes at 2:00 AM during the retreat. Hotel quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

• Ice, water, coffee and light refreshments throughout the retreat.

• Breakfast included Saturday and Sunday.

• Games, table prizes and giveaways.

• Daily creative activities/Make & Takes.

• Vendors available for shopping.

• Complimentary hotel Wi-Fi.

• Optional massage services for an additional fee.

The deadline to reserve a room at the group rate is September 22, 2026, subject to availability.

Guest rooms include a microwave, Keurig coffee maker and mid-size refrigerator.

Guests are responsible for making and paying for their own hotel reservations.

Continental Breakfast is included with your hotel stay on Saturday and Sunday.

Lunch and dinner are not included with retreat registration.

Guests may order food from the hotel's SAGOS restaurant, and menus

Registration & Retreat Policies

Please read the following policies carefully. By registering for a Sugar Mill Paper Designs retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to these policies.

Deposits & Registration

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. Registration is first come, first served, and a verbal request, email or message does not reserve a seat.

If paying your deposit by Zelle or check, please contact Sugar Mill Paper Designs before sending payment to confirm that space remains available.

Registrations and deposits are non-transferable. Registration may not be transferred to another person or applied toward another retreat or event.

Final Payment

The remaining retreat balance must be paid in full by September 22, 2026.

An invoice will be sent in advance for any outstanding balance.

If payment is not received by the deadline, your seat may be released to someone on the waiting list.

If your space remains available after the payment deadline and you wish to reinstate your registration, full payment plus a $40 late fee will be required.

Cancellations & Refunds

The $50 registration deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellations received before September 22, 2026 will receive a refund of payments made beyond the $50 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations received on or after September 22, 2026 are non-refundable.

No registration payments may be transferred to another attendee or future event.

Tables & Seating

Each registered attendee receives one 6-foot table. Tables may not be shared, transferred to another attendee or supplemented with additional tables.

We will make every reasonable effort to seat friends together when requested, but seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed.

We will also make reasonable efforts to accommodate seating requests related to accessibility or medical needs.

Attendees wishing to change seats during the retreat may do so with the agreement of the affected attendees.

Hotel Reservations

Each attendee is responsible for securing and paying for their own hotel accommodations.

The discounted hotel rate is available only while the reserved room block remains available and through the published booking deadline. Sugar Mill Paper Designs cannot guarantee the discounted rate after the deadline or once the room block has sold out.

Additional rooms may sometimes become available, but availability and pricing are determined by the hotel.

Event Changes & Liability

Event Cancellation by Sugar Mill Paper Designs

Sugar Mill Paper Designs reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If Sugar Mill Paper Designs cancels the retreat, attendees will receive a 100% refund of all retreat registration fees paid, including the $50 deposit.

If the retreat is rescheduled rather than canceled, attendees will be given the option to transfer their registration and all payments to the new event date or request a full refund.

Sugar Mill Paper Designs is not responsible for hotel reservations, airfare, transportation, travel expenses, or other costs incurred by attendees as a result of an event cancellation or rescheduling. Attendees are encouraged to review hotel and travel cancellation policies when making arrangements.

The $50 deposit remains non-refundable when an attendee chooses to cancel their own registration, subject to the retreat cancellation policy.
